Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>The late FIFA medical Officer Joseph Kabungo\u2019s death was called by a coronary disease triggered by a hostile environment, an autopsy report has said. And the family of Dr Kabungo has charged that FIFA has not served any justice despite the report admitting some security lapses.<\/p>\n

Dr Kabungo died during a FIFA World Cup match between Nigeria and Ghana at the Mashood Abiola Stadium in Nigeria in March this Year.
