Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>FORMER Lusaka Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says people cannot be waiting \u2018donkey\u2019s years\u2019 for change to take place, arguing that everyone feels cheated by the current government because nothing is happening.<\/p>\n

And Archbishop Mpundu has questioned the Presidency\u2019s association with certain people and groupings that are not very friendly to African political and economic independence. In an interview, Archbishop Mpundu said what citizens expected to happen in the new dawn government was not happening.<\/p>\n
