Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>Vice President Mutale Nalumango says the government has not yet began proceedings to prosecute former president Edgar Lungu. She was responding to queries during vice president\u2019s question time in parliament.<\/p>\n

Nalumango said enough evidence against Lungu has to be established first before a call for lifting of his immunity is made. Recently, the country\u2019s investigative wings stormed Lungu\u2019s property alleging proceeds of crime probe. Lungu is believed to have benefited from illegal activities.<\/p>\n
