Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>We paid a courtesy call on His Royal Highness, Senior Chief Sikufele here in Manyinga District of North Western Province. We reiterated our call to the traditional leaders to partner with government in fostering development especially with our decentralization policy of taking resources to the local communities under the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).<\/p>\n

We also acknowledged the challenges in the agriculture sector but we are doing everything possible to address the situation to guarantee food security in the country.<\/p>\n

We were humbled with the encouraging words from His Royal Highness on some of our deliverables such free education, recruitment of teachers, health workers and in the defence and security wings among others. We were accompanied by several Cabinet Ministers and members of parliament. May God bless their Royal Highnesses and May God bless our country.<\/p>\n
