Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>SIMEZA, Sangwa and Associates have applied to withdraw as advocates for seven PF presidential candidates who have sued Miles Sampa for holding what they term as an illegal convention on October 24, 2023.<\/p>\n

Constitutional Lawyer John Sangwa SC has told the Lusaka High Court that the PF members have not lived up to the terms of engagement, thereby making it difficult for the firm to continue extending its services to them.<\/p>\n

In this matter, Mutotwe Kafwaya, Emmanuel Mwamba, Godfrey Bwalya Mwamba, Chishimba Kambwili, Greyford Monde, Chitalu Chilufya and Brian Mundubile are seeking a declaration that the election of Sampa as PF president was null and void ab initio for breach of the party\u2019s electoral regulations.<\/p>\n
