Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>President Hakainde Hichilema writes below\u2026 This afternoon we paid a courtesy call on Her Royal Highness, Chieftainess Mwanjawanthu. She told us how challenging access to water is for the people in her Chiefdom.<\/p>\n

We are committed to delivering this as they are in our developmental program. We are grateful to Her Royal Highness for the time and wise counsel including raising such serious matters which we shall work on expeditiously using our 2022 budget.<\/p>\n

People of Kaumbwe Constituency voted for us and we are grateful for this and now is time for us to start working for them and yes, we will deliver. We understand the anxiety out there including the high hopes placed on us but trust us, we will deliver and in no excuse terms, we are barely two months in office but working round the clock to lower the cost of living.<\/p>\n

One culture we bring to public office is HONEST. Honest is an ingredient that will help us bring about a transparent leadership and therefore, we request for patience as we work to deliver on your desires.<\/p>\n

Just in about two months\u2019 time, our budget will be rolled out and then you as voters and citizens of this country, will begin to evaluate our performance. However, the first thing we wanted was freedom for all and ending cadre lawlessness, restore normalcy among other fundamentals. Law and order and freedoms are vital for personal, family and national development.<\/p>\n

We are confident that the people of Kaumbwe Constituency will this 21st October, 2021 vote for our woman parliamentary candidate Esnart Sakala so that together we can foster development. May God Bless our People in Kaumbwe. Hakainde Hichilema President of the Republic of Zambia.<\/p>\n
