Africa-Press – Zambia. <\/strong><\/span>Economist, Dr. Lubinda Haabazoka says things are not adding up in the 2022 national budget presented by the UPND Administration this afternoon. This is the first budget the UPND is presenting that has so far received endorsement from supporters with it focusing on taking the resources to the social sector.<\/p>\n

But Dr Habazoka says something was missing in the budget. \u201cThe first Eurobond full payment falls in 2022. So why hasn\u2019t the budget included allocation for the Eurobond that falls due in 2022?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cColleagues 2022 Budget is $10bn or k173bn!!!! We owe $12.9bn! Things are not adding up\u201d<\/p>\n
