Africa-Press<\/a> – Zambia<\/a>. <\/strong><\/span>JUST IN: Pre, Primary and Secondary schools closed for 21 days while universities and colleges will only conduct online secessions for one month. Bars, taverns and casinos will only operate over the weekend from Friday to Sunday from 1800hrs to 2200hrs.<\/p>\n

Places of worship have only been allowed to meet for hour. This directive by secretary to cabinet Dr Simon Miti comes into effect tomorrow 17th June, 2021 at 06:00hrs.

\nEffective tomorrow 06hrs in the morning<\/p>\n

1. Pre, primary and secondary schools shall be closed for 21 days subject to inspections and review.
\n2. All colleges and universities to conduct only online lessons for one month.<\/p>\n

3. Churches to only conduct two by 1hr services per week.<\/p>\n

4. Bars,casinos and night clubs will only operate from Friday to Sunday evenings<\/p>\n

5. Funerals to only have 50 mourners.Wedding gatherings are subject to approval by health authorities.<\/p>\n

6. All conferences and general workshops are suspended until further notice.<\/p>\n

7. Restaurants to operate on take away basis<\/p>\n
