THE Executive Secretary for the Economic Commission for Africa(ECA), Dr Vera Songwe paid a courtesy call on H.E President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the capital this Wednesday.
This comes ahead of the sixth global conference on sustainable development goals which will be hosted by Zimbabwe from February 24 to February 27 in Victoria Falls.
Dr Songwe’s visit is part of the preparatory work for the conference which is being organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, together with the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Services and ECA.
