Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. ZIMBABWE EVENING WEATHER REPORT AND FORECAST ISSUED AT 1600 HRS ON SUNDAY 21 MARCH 2021 VALID UNTIL MONDAY 22 MARCH 2021.
PREAMBLE
The moisture field of the weak cloud affecting the western parts of the country caused isolated thunderstorms over Matabeleland North with 18 mm in Lupane being the only notable rainfall figure recorded this morning.
However, moist winds have begun to strengthen over the south-east coast of Southern Africa. As if to celebrate International Day of Forests, these winds are being steered into the country through Gonarezhou National Park (more than 5’000 km2 of Savannah thriving with wildlife).
