Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>President Emmerson Mnangagwa has described cleric Uebert Mudzanire, popularly known as Uebert Angel, as \u201cGod\u2019s mouthpiece.\u201d<\/p>\n

During Angel\u2019s Exodus Night event to mark the New Year 2025 at the Hippodrome in Harare, Mnangagwa praised the self-styled prophet in a live feed, as reported by NewZimbabwe.com.<\/p>\n

Mnangagwa claimed that Angel\u2019s allure attracts many religious tourists to Zimbabwe. He said:<\/p>\n

Your participation in the crossover ceremony with Prophet Uebert Angel is a reflection of the divine favour granted to Zimbabwe in eternity, passed by God himself.<\/p>\n

A country honoured to host a prophet of such remarkable stature and spiritual calibre that has caused all nations from all continents to gather seeking wisdom from God through his mouthpiece, Prophet Angel.
\nThis underscores the divine visiting upon our land, this also shows that from eternity past, God\u2019s hand has always been on Zimbabwe…<\/p>\n

Mnangagwa used the opportunity to encourage foreigners to embark on religious tourism visits and explore Zimbabwe\u2019s local attractions, such as Victoria Falls and Mana Pools.<\/p>\n

Angel, who serves as Mnangagwa\u2019s Ambassador-At-Large to Europe and the Americas, was featured in a 2023 Al Jazeera investigation that revealed his involvement in a gold-smuggling scheme.<\/p>\n

He claimed he could use his diplomatic status to launder money and also revealed that he could facilitate the smuggling of gold and laundering of large sums of money.<\/p>\n

Angel also popularised the concept of \u201cMiracle Money,\u201d a belief that through faith and divine intervention, people can receive unexpected financial blessings.<\/p>\n
