Below are the Reserved Sectors:Latest<br \/>\nFIRST SCHEDULE (Section 3A(1)) RESERVED\/THRESHOLD SECTORS<\/p>\n<p>1. Transportation: passenger buses, taxes and car hire services.<\/p>\n<p>2. Retail and wholesale trade.<\/p>\n<p>3. Barber shops, hairdressing and beauty saloons.<\/p>\n<p>4. Employment Agencies.<\/p>\n<p>5. Estate Agencies.<\/p>\n<p>6. Valet services.<\/p>\n<p>7. Grain milling.<\/p>\n<p>8. Bakeries.<\/p>\n<p>9. Tobacco grading and packaging.<\/p>\n<p>10. Advertising Agencies.<\/p>\n<p>11. Provision of local arts and craft, marketing and distribution.<\/p>\n<p>12. Artisanal mining.<\/p>\n<p>[Schedule substituted by section 42 of Act 1\/2018]<\/p>\n<p>These Reserved Sectors are designated solely for Zimbabwean citizens, established under the Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment Act to promote local ownership and economic participation.<\/p>\n<p>Recent changes now allow foreign investors to enter these sectors under specific conditions.
