Wrote Chivayo:<\/p>\n<p>If the losing candidates are so heartbroken, I\u2019m happy to meet them, apologize, and agree on a gentleman\u2019s private settlement, rather than have them tarnish my precious name over unfounded allegations.<br \/>\nTwine Phiri and Phillemon Machana, the losing candidates in the ZIFA presidential election, have taken their legal battle to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).<\/p>\n<p>They are challenging Magwizi\u2019s victory in the January 25 poll, accusing him of benefiting from third-party interference.<\/p>\n<p>Magwizi won decisively, securing 61 of the 77 votes cast (80%), while Machana and Phiri received six and four votes, respectively.
