The 91-year-old is the father of the girl, while the 69-year-old is the girl\u2019s \u201cmother-in-law.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The intended husband, a 30-year-old man, has been on the run since the case was reported to the police.<\/p>\n<p>In response to the case, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) condemned child marriages, describing them as serious violations of children\u2019s rights and significant obstacles to their development and well-being.
