{"id":2189,"date":"2019-01-21T14:11:57","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T14:11:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.com\/zimbabwe\/?p=2189"},"modified":"2019-01-21T14:11:57","modified_gmt":"2019-01-21T14:11:57","slug":"6-burnt-to-death-after-accident","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.africa-press.net\/zimbabwe\/all-news\/6-burnt-to-death-after-accident","title":{"rendered":"6 burnt to death after accident"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SIX people, two of them believed to be children, were yesterday burnt beyond recognition when their car burst into flames after veering off the road and hitting a tree at the 259-kilometre peg along the Masvingo-Beitbridge Highway.<span id=\"more-3096224744011513\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The deceased had just left the Beitbridge Border Post when their car, a small pick-up truck, veered off the road and hit a tree before exploding.<\/p>\n<p>Matabeleland South provincial police spokesperson Chief Inspector Philisani Ndebele confirmed the incident, but did not provide further details.<\/p>\n<div id=\"newsd-1481950625\" class=\"newsd-2nd-advert-incontent\">\n<p>\u201cWe have received information on that accident where six people died, but details are still sketchy.
