In a leaked internal notice seen by Pindula News, NRZ General Manager Ms Respina Zinyanduko told employees that the stories are meant to tarnish the company\u2019s image. Reads the notice:<\/p>\n<p>1. I have noted with grave concern articles being published by the print media, online publications and social media with an aim to tarnish and destroy the NRZ image and reputation as well as demotivate and demoralize the NRZ, workforce. I want to assure all employees that the Shareholder is handling the matters and dealing with them professionally and will ensure that no matter is swept under the carpet.<\/p>\n<p>2. I need to remind all, that NRZ has grievance handling procedures and would encourage all those aggrieved to follow these. I also take this opportunity to reiterate the need for employees to adhere to the \u201cEmployee Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information Agreement\u201d that you all signed in year 2020.<\/p>\n<p>3. I call upon all employees not to be distracted by these stories and that we must focus on turning around the fortunes of the NRZ and fulfil our motto of \u201cNRZ Moving the Nation\u201d.
