Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>ROBERT Mugabe Junior, son of late former President has been hit with fresh criminal charges of assault.<\/p>\n

In February he was dragged to court accused of malicious damage to property after he smashed his friend, Simbiso Nkatazo\u2019s vehicle.<\/p>\n

This time, Mugabe is accused of assaulting Nkatazo\u2019s relative, Robert Karimbika.<\/p>\n

He was served with summons this week and is expected in court for trial.<\/p>\n

As woes mounted on him, Mugabe was issued with an arrest warrant after he failed to show up in court.<\/p>\n

The State alleges he slapped Karimbika, accusing him of urinating on his vehicle.<\/p>\n

Court papers show that Karimbika was instead cleaning Mugabe\u2019s vehicle, having been instructed to do so by his driver.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe accused alleged that the complainant was urinating on his motor vehicle, but the complainant tried to explain his version to the accused person.<\/p>\n

\u201cHowever, the accused person did not listen but came closer to the complainant and slapped him once on the left side of his cheek,\u201d reads court papers.<\/p>\n
