Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. <\/strong><\/span>Argentina legend Angel Di Maria has shared his opinion on the debate about the status of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the football world.<\/p>\n

Di Maria, now a former Argentina international, said Messi is the greatest of all time.<\/p>\n

The former Real Madrid forward spoke to the media after Argentina won the 2024 Copa America over Colombia and gave his opinion on the unending debate over who, between Ronaldo and Messi, deserves GOAT status.<\/p>\n

He said, according to FC Barcelona Noticias: \u201cIn the end, the best is the one who has more Ballon d\u2019Ors, and Messi has eight. For me, therefore, there is some distance between him and Cristiano.\u201d<\/p>\n
