If someone is injured, they have to get a compensation of about US$4 000 for medical expenses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut it&#8217;s not happening. You find that if a bus overturns, the insurance players go underground immediately. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Nduna said the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe must be taken to task to ensure that accident victims are compensated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNone of the insurance companies come forth to pay for the calamities. It\u2019s a pity. So I am taking the Insurance Council of Zimbabwe to court and its affiliates,\u201d Nduna said.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance Council of Zimbabwe marketing manager Ringisayi Batiya yesterday said she could not comment on the matter as she was not at work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUnfortunately we can only respond to those questions during the week.
