European teams are reportedly showing interest in signing Warriors utility Marshall Munetsi.<\/p>\n
According to NewsDay, French Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims is leading the race to snap up the 22-year old while Belgian club Zulte-Waregem is also in the picture.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are many teams across Europe who have shown genuine interest on him, but he has picked Reims,\u201d an unnamed source told the newspaper<\/p>\n
\u201cHe is heading for France. The deal is almost done and barring unforeseen circumstances, he will be playing in French Ligue 1 next season.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis handlers have met with the club officials and they have agreed on terms. Reims are now talking to Munetsi\u2019s club Orlando Pirates.\u201d<\/p>\n
The player who has also been linked with clubs in the US attracted interest from Europe following his exploits at Orlando Pirates and Zimbabwe in the past season. He featured in the Champions League and helped the Warriors reach the 2019 Afcon finals.<\/p>\n
