The provincial secretary of the PRS in Huambo said this Sunday, in the village of the Chianga sector, in the municipality of Ecunha, that the party’s performance in the election is based on three fundamental points, namely respect and dignity for the human person, development sustainable political-economic and sociocultural development.
Soliya Selende, who was speaking during the mass rally, asked militants, friends and supporters to vote, on August 24, for the candidate Benedito Daniel and for the flag representing the party, representing the number seven on the ballot.
The PRS, he guaranteed, will focus on improving the living conditions of the populations, with emphasis on education, health, agriculture, among others, with direct benefits for the citizen. In this perspective, the PRS Governance Program, if it wins the elections, will reverse the situation in the villages.
The provincial secretary of the PRS guaranteed the assistance of all ex-soldiers, as well as the reduction of the existing disparity between senior and junior officers. The locality of Chianga was chosen to host the launch of the campaign because, he explained, “we go where our militants are, to get our message of federalism and development in Angola.”
At this stage of the campaign, he warned, it is necessary that the militants are vigilant with the political messages of hunting the vote and “know how to choose the leaders who value them”. He added that the PRS will renew the country and put Angolanness in the first place, with the creation of better living conditions for the people, especially in rural areas.
