The vote of confidence placed in Your Excellency expresses the conviction that, under Your leadership, solutions can be found to the critical issues that afflict the British people, in order to continue to tread the path of progress in all sectors of national life.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express interest in intensifying the multifaceted and very fruitful cooperation that our two Governments maintain with each other.
