Africa-Press – Angola. A delegation from the Embassy of Angola in Argentina, led by advisor José Zombo Gongo, participates in the forum “Invest in Paraguay 2022 – Prosperous and Sustainable Business”, whose opening ceremony was guided by the Paraguayan Head of State, Mário AbdoBenítez.
The Angolan ambassador to Argentina, Fidelino Peliganga, is responsible for Paraguay, the country that will host the event that ends today and welcomes more than 2,000 guests from various parts of the world.
During the forum, issues on the circular economy, digital transformation, food security, agribusiness, infrastructure, logistics, transport and the financial market will be addressed.
In parallel with the business forum, which ends today, the Angolan delegation will hold courtesy meetings with local authorities and potential investors.
Angola and Paraguay have a General Cooperation Agreement, namely in the economic, scientific, technical and cultural domain, since 2008, and they also signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of political consultations between both Governments.
