Speaking yesterday at the swearing in of members of the provincial government, Ernesto Muangala encouraged administrators to work closer to citizens in order to learn about existing problems in communities.
He recalled that the population still expects to see the problems resolved, underlining that the moment is for action to fulfill all the announced projects.
Ernesto Muangala, by highlighting the importance of participatory governance that places the citizen at the center of government action, defended the fight against corruption, nepotism and the preservation of fauna, flora and the environment in the province.
He underlined that the citizen has the right to be informed about the progress of the processes, in which they are directly interested and to know the decisions that have been taken, recommending the regular holding of consultation meetings.
