Africa-Press – Angola. José de Lima Massano, reappointed governor of the National Bank of Angola, was sworn in this Tuesday afternoon by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, for a new six-year term.
The appointment to the post took place last Friday after observing all the legal procedures, namely the hearing in the National Assembly.
The Head of State, in a few words during the inauguration, highlighted the good performance of the National Bank of Angola in the context of the Angolan economy, a fact that gives merit to the bet on José de Lima Massano to keep him in his post.
