Africa-Press – Angola. Eighty-five million, 379 thousand and 581 Kwanzas were collected, in 2022, by the Cunene Delegation of Justice and Human Rights, plus six million, 375 thousand and 183 Kwanzas in relation to the year 2021, Tuesday fair, its head of the Department of Planning, Statistics and Heritage, David Salomão.

Revenue resulted from 191 thousand 688 acts carried out, of which 53 thousand 556 birth registrations, 546 car registration, 1 thousand and 777 commercial registration, 134 property registration, 56 thousand 23 civil and criminal identification registration, 15 thousand 518 notaries, 168 seats of marriages and 202 of deaths.

According to David Salomão, 55 thousand 72 identity cards and 951 criminal records were issued.

He informed that currently, a total of 10,117 identity cards have been, since 2019, at issuing posts awaiting collection.

In the field of human rights, he explained that several activities were carried out, with emphasis on the cross-border forum on migratory flows in matters of human trafficking, between Angola and Namibia, and the visit to the Peu Peu prison.

David Salomão underlined that the Justice and Human Rights delegation intends to redouble services to the population, in order to meet its target, which is to allocate 256 thousand 730 BI to citizens by 2027.

Cunene has a registration shop and six BI issuing posts in the six municipalities.
