Africa-Press – Angola. The governor of Lunda Sul, Daniel Neto, highlighted, this Friday, the performance of the judiciary sector in the region, for its contribution to improving the justice system in the country.
Daniel Neto was speaking at the workshop on procedural processing in preparatory instruction, at a meeting that brought together magistrates from the Public Ministry (MP) from the common and military forum, as well as from the Attorney General’s Office in the eastern region of the country.
On the occasion, he called for the union of efforts of the different institutions of the justice system in safeguarding the rights, guarantees and fundamental freedoms of citizens.
As for the workshop, the governor said he hoped it would promote reciprocal cooperation and strengthen the sector’s institutions.
In turn, the Deputy Attorney General of the Republic and coordinator of the Eastern Judicial Region, Astrigildo Culolo, guaranteed paying special attention to the appreciation and improvement of the institution’s staff.
He stated that overcoming the PM staff will be carried out with regular training programs for magistrates, justice technicians and administrative staff.
He considered the topics under discussion to be the most relevant, in addition to being an opportunity to revisit concepts, positions, reflections and visions.
