Africa-Press – Angola. Magistrates and legal experts from Angola and Brazil will participate, from the 22nd to the 26th of this month, in Luanda, in the first Judicial Dialogue between the two countries, an initiative aimed at exchanging experiences and strengthening cooperation in the justice sector.
According to a press release from the Supreme Court, the event will take place at the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP).
It will include speeches by the presidents of the Supreme Court and the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSMJ) of Angola, Norberto Sodré João, and of the Superior Court of Justice of Brazil, Herman Benjamin, as well as the director-general of the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates of Brazil (ENFAM), Benedito Gonçalves.
For five days, approximately 30 speakers and 60 participants will address topics related to civil, criminal, family, domestic violence, itinerant justice, and consumer protection areas. The program also includes institutional visits to the Supreme Court of Angola, the District Court of Belas, and the National Institute of Judicial Studies (INEJ), as well as visits to the Slavery Museum and the Museum of Anthropology.
