Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security (MAPTSS), Teresa Dias, pointed out, this Friday, the lack of dialogue as one of the determining factors to generate unnecessary convulsions between employers and workers.
Teresa Dias made these considerations during a courtesy visit to the social partners, stressing that diplomas are often discussed that are only waiting days for their publication in the Diário da República.
He noted that the lack of communication creates bottlenecks, therefore, one must have the ability to listen, receive and contribute with stakeholders in order to produce beneficial documents.
As for the structuring and converging demands presented by the union groups (IRT and wages), Teresa Dias made it known that the Government has been working to assess the various concerns, in order to find the solutions that are required.
He added that, in this five-year period, there are very important dossiers that will always and necessarily imply interaction with unions, such as the National Employment Programme, the ILO office in Angola, the General Labor Law.
He made it known that the sector will work hard to resolve structural issues in order to reach solutions that are free from daily upheavals.
The minister carried out a work schedule at the premises of the Industrial Association of Angola (AIA), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola (CCIA), the Federation of Entrepreneurial Women (FMEA), among others.
