Africa-Press – Angola. The agricultural, economic and cultural potential of the municipality of Belas, in Luanda, is available to citizens, starting Wednesday, at a fair alluding to the March Women’s Days.

Under the motto “The Active Participation of Women in Information Technology Towards Prosperity”, the exhibition and sales aim to encourage women to handle new technologies, with a view to reaching a greater number of customers.

In eight days, the 50 exhibitors have the opportunity to offer customers agricultural products, clothing, handicrafts, devices and techniques related to the technological sector.

The municipal director of Belas of the Social Action of Former Combatants and Veterans of the Fatherland, Solange Jaime, said that the event is part of the Marco Mulher events that take place under the motto “Zero Discrimination”, and expects to attract a number considerable number of visitors.

According to director Solange Jaime, the fair includes women from various social strata who will receive sales instructions on digital platforms.

“Nowadays, the sale is also done online and women must be educated about the process”, she concluded.

Under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Action, Family Promotion of Women (MASFAMU) in partnership with the Provincial Government of Luanda, the exhibition will be open from eight in the morning to 9 pm.
