Africa-Press – Angola. The multidisciplinary artist Irene A’MOSI makes her debut in the literary market with the launch, on Friday (10th), of the work Intervalos”, in an act that will take place at the Centro Cultural Camões, in Luanda.
With the approval of the publisher “Palavra e Arte”, the work has 56 pages and is divided into 13 illustrations.
According to a note today, Tuesday, “Intervalos” is a work in poetic prose, whose themes reflect the peculiarities of being in moments of introspection.
The author defines herself as a multidisciplinary artist, making her name on television, in cinemas, on stage and now in a book.
Irene participated in the first spoken poetry competition for women called “Muhatu” (2017), the Slam Tundawala (2020) and the first N’gola Slam (2021).
She is runner-up in the Kassemba Slam (2021), winner of the first battle of the MozAngola Slam (2021), champion of the Lusófono Slam (2021), the Slam das Brasil (2021) and the Luanda Slam (2022).
It is part of the collection Traços de Luanda (2022) and of the collective exhibition “For A New Tomorrow”, edition 2022.
