Africa-Press – Angola. The JMPLA of the province of Huambo held, Saturday, in this city, a generational meeting between its militants and the provincial committee of OMA.
The initiative, part of the JMPLA activity plan for the month of March, aimed at promoting the passing of testimony between the old and new generation of leaders and militants of the two social organizations of the MPLA.
Speaking at the end of the meeting, the 2nd provincial secretary of the JMPLA in Huambo, Rufino Evaristo Mutaka, said that it served to strengthen relations with the OMA, so that its militants, who formerly were in the ranks of the youth arm of the MPLA , also pass on their experiences to the younger ones.
Therefore, he considered the meeting as productive, in that it allowed strengthening the actions of the youth party organization, so that it continues to walk in the right path, guided by the political ideology of his party, taking into account the current and future challenges.
On the occasion, he said it was the first meeting of several that will be held with the purpose of seeking, from the elderly, more information and knowledge for a greater preparation of the militants.
OMA militants play indoor soccer for March Woman
On the other hand, the OMA provincial committee of Huambo held on Saturday, in the municipality of Chicala Cholohanga, as part of the March Woman day, an indoor football match between the militants of the local municipal secretariat and Cachiungo.
The match was won by the team made up of militants from the local municipal secretariat (5-0).
