Africa-Press – Angola. Caminho de Ferro-de-Benguela (CFB) leads the list of institutions with the highest rate of complaints from users, given the poor quality of services provided, in the province of Moxico, according to the National Institute for Consumer Defense ( INADEC).
This Wednesday, the acting head of INADEC provincial services, JoseĢ Xavier Chinguri, who was speaking within the framework of International Consumer Day, said that the poor service provided by employees, the disorganization in the process of dispatching loads and the exchange of products have been the biggest complaints from users.
Without specifying the numbers, he added that the same complaints are verified in the Services provided by the Public Water and Sanitation and Energy Distribution Companies (ENDE).
Alongside these public institutions, he said that complaints about the sale of products unfit for human consumption, practiced mainly by commercial establishments of expatriate citizens, have also grown.
He recalled that consumers have the right to health and safety protection, the quality of goods and services, encouraging the culture of denouncement.
