According to the official, after the launch of the brand in the Angolan market, Stylus is able to provide sales and after-sales services for the Lenovo brand in Angola.

“What will change is giving the end customer direct access to the entire Lenovo portfolio, creating conditions to guarantee their added value. Stylus’ concern has always been to bring technology to the market and provide the market with the best brands”, he asserted.

As for the assistance centre, it guarantees that it is working at 100%, and all faults can be resolved through a technical assistance partner, for equipment purchased via physical or digital means.

He stressed that technical assistance is made up of more than 200 employees, 90% of whom are nationals.

Lenovo is the manufacturer of personal and professional computers, as well as IT and structured network solutions, smartphones and televisions.

Founded in Beijing on November 1, 1984 as Legend and incorporated in Hong Kong in 1988, Lenovo acquired IBM’s personal computer business in 2005 and Intel-based server business in 2014.
