Africa-Press – Angola. JGM thrashed, Sunday, in the municipality of Caála, Huambo province, Misto do Londuimbali, by 8-0, in the game of the second round of the first Provincial Football Championship with crutches in Huambo.
The goals of the match were scored by Abel (18′, 30′ and 40′), Vady (3′ and 36′), Wapalama (5′ and 25′) and Três (50′).
With this result, JGM’s formation reaches the second victory of the competition, after winning, in the inaugural round played on the 1st of this month, the Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Princess Diana, by 1-0.
In another match, the Princess Diana Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center, made up of world champions Laurindo Longuembia, Sebastião Cabumba and Celestino Elias, the latter making his debut on this round, beat Académica Santo António do Huambo, who were reinforced with athletes from Benguela, by 2 -0, with goals from Laurindo (27′) and Cambenje (30′).
In the third round, to be played on the next day on the 23rd, the Center for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Princess Diana will face Misto do Londuimbali, while JGM will measure forces with Académica Sport Santo António do Huambo.

Abel and Cadu, from JGM, are the competition’s top scorers with three goals each.
The competition, an initiative of the Provincial Association of Sports for People with Disabilities of Huambo, aims to promote the social inclusion of this fringe and, at the same time, popularize the sport in the region.
For this purpose, the governing body of sports for amputees in the region opted to split the team from Misto do Huambo, national champions in title, into three, making four in total for the local event.
It is recalled that the competition will be disputed, in the first phase, in a system of all against all in three rounds.
The second and last stage will be in a two-legged direct elimination system, where the two winners will play in the final.
In addition to the municipalities of Caála and Huambo, the games of this first Provincial Championship will also be held in Londuimbali and Longonjo.
