João Salvador Neto suggested that the Chinese company embrace the idea of combining investment and projects with the training of young Angolans, with the construction company’s management accepting the suggestion of contributing to technical and professional training, exploring the partnership relationship with academic institutions , where trainers with quality and solidity will be recruited.
