Africa-Press – Angola. The creation of an internal and external communication environment is the government’s bet, to communicate more and more assertively and better publicize the Executive’s actions.

The fact was expressed by the secretary of state for social communication, Nuno Caldas, at the closing ceremony of the training on writing techniques, addressed to the directors of the Institutional communication and Press offices and to the press attaches, held at the Training Center for Journalists ( CEFOJOR).

Internally, the official added that this training and other actions that are underway serve to create a conducive communication environment to better explain and make citizens understand the actions, programs and decisions of the Executive.

In terms of external communication, he said, the aim is to improve Angola’s image outside the country and develop economic diplomacy, with a view to attracting investors.

To this end, he referred to the need to ensure and support diplomatic missions and multilateral missions to better manage the national reputation abroad.

He added that the country has seen the best days, registering a new progression in terms of public investment and openness to foreign investment, so it is necessary to take “this good news and all the good that has been done” in fact.

During the training, the theme “Writing techniques and preparation of newsletter”, presented by journalist Geraldo Quiala, who dominated the training act, stands out.

On the occasion, the speaker drew attention to the use of corporate and non-corporate e-mails in order to avoid loss of content.

He pointed out several ways for communication to have the desired efficiency, such as the need to personalize messages to avoid misunderstandings and build customer loyalty, advising against sending letters with a general heading.

There is also an approach to topics such as Public Relations, taught by Sebastião Panzo, Rhetoric and argumentation and creative text, presented by João Braga and management of social networks, taught by Cristina Adolf.
