Africa-Press – Angola. The national coach, Aníbal Moreira, defined this Wednesday, in Luanda, the twelve members of the National Team that from the 8th to the 16th of this month will compete in the African Championship “AFROCAN`2023”.
On the occasion, he carried out the last screening, with Francisco Gomes (Interclube), Marcelo João and José Seca (August 1st B) having been passed over.
The competition, for players playing on the African continent, will take place at the Kilamba Multipurpose pavilion, in the Angolan capital (Luanda).
Here are the chosen ones:
Bases: Tarcio Domingos, Emanuel Sebastião and Miguel Maconda
Wingers: Kenneth Manuel, Geovani Kibinga, Glofate Buiamba and Bamba Cissé
Posts: Keven Albino, Walter Luzolo, Aloisio Andrade, Macachi Brás and Wilson Cassav
Angola is part of group B with Mali (debut opponent on Saturday) and Niger.
