Africa-Press – Angola. The Vice-President of the Republic, Esperança da Costa, confirmed, this Friday, the construction work on the Dondi University Campus, in the municipality of Cachiungo, Huambo province, which is scheduled for completion in December.

Designed for four ships, in an area of ​​nine hectares, the infrastructure is budgeted at six billion kwanzas and comprises, among other compartments, 40 classrooms, a boarding school for 1,500 students, an administrative area and a cafeteria.

It is in a state of physical execution of 82 percent.

The Vice-President received detailed explanations about this first phase of the work, which belongs to the Evangelical Church, from the project coordinator, Hélder Chipindo.

Afterwards, Esperança da Costa participated in a mass at the mission church, located in the space adjacent to the campus.

The institution will welcome four thousand 500 students in nursing, theology, arts and manufacturing courses.

It is focused on entrepreneurship and innovation in the areas of agriculture and livestock.

The Vice-President was accompanied by the Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Maria do Rosário Bragança, the governor of Huambo, Lotti Nolika, and the municipal administrator of Cachiungo, Paulo Moma.
