Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of State and Head of the Military House of the President of the Republic, Francisco Furtado, encouraged, this Wednesday, in Pretoria, the Angolan diplomatic mission in South Africa to strengthen relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
At the end of a visit to the Angolan Embassy in South Africa, in Pretoria, he thanked the reception and called for dedication and commitment to maintaining and strengthening relations, preserving the history of struggle and conquests of the two peoples for their liberation and the end of apartheid.
Received by Ambassador Rui Orlando Xavier, the Minister of State took a long tour of the Embassy’s facilities and culminated in a meeting with diplomats and other Mission employees.
In addition to the Embassy in Pretoria, Angola has Consulates General in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
