Africa-Press – Angola. Banco Millennium Atlântico launched, this Tuesday in Luanda, the first “Atlântico” multi-cash card machine that allows customers to gain autonomy in obtaining them, 24 hours a day.
Without face-to-face service at the aforementioned bank branches, the customer, using the tools displayed on the machines, requests a card and within four minutes the request is answered.
With the launch of the machine, the bank reinforces its commitment to the customer, as the main beneficiary of all its actions, creating solutions that facilitate their day-to-day life and that improve their experience in using the banking services that place their disposition.
The self-service solution, announced, allows the delivery of multicaixa cards in a practical, agile, safe and highly available way for Atlântico customers.
The agency takes another important and innovative step in the digitalization and autonomy of banking activities, reducing waiting times and investing in technology to give autonomy to its customers.
According to Atlantico’s General Director, Miguel Raposo, the company is focused on serving customers better and better, with excellence and as much convenience as possible, thus simplifying their lives.
“ We have been making significant efforts to contribute to the modernization of the banking sector, taking important steps in its digital transformation, also bringing additional levels of efficiency to the entire economy,” he said.
He mentioned that the multi-cash card delivery machines are another example of the commitment that is added to several innovations that have been launched in recent years.
Among the numerous advantages of this service, the highlights are that it gives the customer autonomy in the process of obtaining a multicaixa debit card, speed and efficiency in obtaining it, reduction of queues at branches and availability 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
In the first phase, the machine will be available in Luanda, at the financial city agency, with the implementation of another machine in the Viana area and expansion to other areas of the capital by the end of 2023.
In 2024, it is expected to expand to other provinces in the country.
