Africa-Press – Angola. The president of UNITA, Adalberto da Costa Júnior, defended this Friday, in Luanda, greater dialogue between political parties and civil society, in order to find sustainable solutions to the country’s problems.
When speaking at the opening of the III ordinary meeting of the party’s political committee, he considered the country’s economic situation difficult, and promised to continue to pressure the Government to adopt the best public policies.
According to the politician, UNITA will continue to demand the holding of local elections and the implementation of fair and transparent public policies, in order to improve the living conditions of Angolan communities.
The meeting, lasting two days, brings together 351 activists from the 18 provinces and abroad, who are analyzing the internal life of the party and the Nation.
