Africa-Press – Angola. A National Police officer was arrested on charges of shooting dead the director of human resources at the Delegation of the Ministry of the Interior in the province of BieĢ, superintendent of criminal investigation, out of jealousy.
A note from the Criminal Investigation Service SIC) sent states that the murder occurred in the early hours of Friday, in the Mayaya neighborhood, on the outskirts of the city of Cuito.
According to the note, the 35-year-old accused shot the senior officer after finding him at his girlfriend’s house.
The accused also physically attacked his girlfriend, causing bruises on the back of her head.
