Africa-Press – Angola. The deputy secretary of UNITA in the province of Huambo, Eduardo Dumba Delfino, defended Saturday, the need to bring family doctors together in urban and rural areas, to better prevent malaria in communities.
The politician was speaking at the II ordinary meeting of JURA, held in the city of Huambo, with the purpose of strengthening the youth organization of the UNITA party.
On the occasion, Eduardo Dumba Delfino said that the distribution of family doctors in communities can reinforce disease prevention methods, as well as prevent the proliferation of various opportunistic pathologies.
He urged young people to contribute to social harmony, through the preservation of the values of peace in communities, democratic principles and active participation in electoral challenges, for civic exercise.
The politician highlighted the need to continue the intense fight against juvenile delinquency in urban centers and rural communities, to preserve the peace achieved on April 4, 2002.
The deputy secretary of UNITA also recommended that young people participate in the strategic plans for sustainable development in the country and in the province of Huambo, in particular, as well as in promoting social justice.
