Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain, Alfredo Dombe, urged the resident Angolan community to take advantage of the professional technical opportunities that the European country offers.
Alfredo Dombe spoke during a round table with the resident community about the internationalization of Angolans’ technical-professional skills for the country’s development, an activity that marked the end of the days celebrating the month of peace, this Saturday.
He stressed that, in the near future, Angolans after completing their training will be able to benefit from job vacancies in Spanish companies operating in Angola or at their headquarters in Spain.
“This will be the result of cooperation and exchange aimed at exchanging experiences and inserting qualified Angolans into the job market”, states the Diplomatic Mission document.
The event aimed not only to celebrate the achievements achieved, but also to remind those present of the work that still needs to be done, to guarantee a prosperous and conflict-free future for future generations.
In turn, the resident community took the opportunity to point out some problems that create constraints in the regularization of their residences, such as the non-acceptance by local authorities of Criminal Record Certificates issued by the Diplomatic Mission.
In response, the ambassador mentioned that the Diplomatic Mission, within the framework of conversations and public consultations (in appropriate forums), has done everything to address such concerns, many of which have already been selected, such as the collection of data for the issuance of Identity Cards and improving the passport issuance process.
On the other hand, the diplomat informed the community that, as part of an official visit to Andorra, the authorities of that country showed interest in cooperating with the Diplomatic Mission in the professional field to insert qualified Angolan labor into the job market. of the Principality.
The days were marked with a series of activities, with emphasis on a round table, cultural events, awareness campaigns and a thanksgiving mass, which aimed to promote inclusive dialogue in favor of peace and national reconciliation within the Angolan community residing in Kingdom of Spain.
