Africa-Press – Angola. Eleven basic sanitation cooperatives in the sectors of Panguila, municipality of Dande, province of Bengo, benefited Monday, from 11 tipper motorbikes for door-to-door garbage collection.
The delivery of the resources was made by the governor of Bengo, Maria Antónia Nelumba, who highlighted that they will help with basic sanitation and guarantee the creation of 120 jobs in Panguila.
He asked citizens to participate in the collection and reimbursement with a fee of 1,500 Kwanzas/month, to maintain the resources.
The municipal administrator of Dande, Domingos Lourenço, explained that with the delivery of these means, basic sanitation will be improved in Panguila with regular garbage collection.
With the delivery of these 11 motorbikes, the municipality of Dande now has 20 tilting motorbikes already distributed, after Caxito with 6 motorbikes, Capari two and the sugar plant one.
Panguila Market with new fee and fee payment system
Today, three points paying taxes and fees to the State were opened for sellers and owners of various services in the Panguila market.
The three stations, with two service boxes each, have the capacity to serve around one thousand and five hundred sellers per day.
The system comprises the electronic registration of each seller, who, using a card with a QR code, will pay their fees and fees on a regular basis, avoiding the amounts collected being diverted to the State coffers.
The head of the Panguila market secretariat, Muangana Sapalalu, explained that at this time they are registering sellers, owners and occupants of warehouses, shops and kiosks so that they can comply with their tax obligations.
The Panguila market controls 1,664 vendors from stands, stores and warehouses.
