Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA’s first provincial secretary in Cabinda, Mara Quiosa, asked for greater commitment from party members in identifying and solving the population’s main social and economic problems.
Mara Quiosa spoke, on Friday, during the process of renewing mandates in the MPLA’s base structures in Cabinda.
He advocated the need for activists to engage in party political activities, bringing the party closer to the communities, in order to assess the real problems.
In Action Committee number seven, from the Resistência neighborhood, the delegates returned, with 30 votes in favor, the activist Tomás Cuela to the position of first secretary for the next four years.
During the event, the first Mara Quiosa handed over computer resources to the leadership of the Party’s Action Committee.
