Africa-Press – Angola. The Head of State, João Lourenço, congratulated, through a message, To Lam, on his election to the position of President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on the 22nd of this month.
“I express to you the desire that, during your Excellency’s mandate, our two countries expand the areas of bilateral cooperation that favor the promotion of initiatives that boost the progress and economic and social development of our two nations”, wrote the Head of State in the letter released by the Presidency of the Republic.
