The significant improvement in the effectiveness of Petro de Luanda’s outdoor game, in the final phase of the National Championship, makes coach José Neto satisfied and confident, who is aiming for the victory of the title of the second edition of the Basketball African League, a competition taking place in 21 the 28th of the current month, in Kigali, capital of Rwanda.

The Petro de Luanda commander believes that the North American winger, Elbert Clark Mathews, 26 years old, 1.96 meters, will add value to the team, despite not having played any game yet.
“We believe in the player’s qualities, which is why we went looking for him.
He is an athlete who will add value”, he said.
