Africa-Press – Angola. The flight on the Luanda-Lisbon-Luanda route operated by national flag carrier TAAG was cancelled this Monday due to the widespread power outage in Portugal and other European countries. According to a press release from TAAG, the Portuguese authorities are cancelling and diverting numerous flights to alternative airports.
“TAAG-Linhas Aéreas de Angola, in consultation with the Angolan authorities and entities in the civil aviation ecosystem, as a result of the evolution of events, has cancelled the scheduled flights DT653 (Lisbon-Luanda) and DT650 (Luanda-Lisbon) respectively”, the statement reads.
